20.2.6 Offset Attributes

The following attributes are defined for offset values.

size

Gives an offset with the storage occupied by the offset. Examples:

magnitude

Gives the magnitude part of the offset. Examples:

(poke) 10#B'magnitude

(poke) 2H#b'magnitude

unit

Gives a number with the unit of the offset, expressed in bits. Examples:

(poke) 2H#b'unit
1UL
mapped

Always 0 for offsets. (see Mapping).

length

Always 1UL for integers.
